The building is conceived as an integral part of the landscape. Situated on a steep slope, the terraces fan out from the existing topography, bringing the garden into the vertical dimension. These terraces are strategically oriented towards the sun, offering panoramic views of Lake Zurich and the mountains. A cantilevered pool on the elevated living level allows for swimming with a view.
Distinct rocky cores divide the open floor plan, creating diverse spatial sequences with numerous perspectives.
