The three-winged floor plan as a Y-figure divides the residential uses into individual areas and creates private garden spaces all around. The three-story villa is embedded in the existing terrain in such a way that it appears as a single-story bungalow on two sides and with two levels on the entrance side. The living and master areas are on the upper garden level with pool and lounge area facing the lake, while the main entrance with stair and foyer, children's and guest rooms are on the half-buried first floor. A generous central stair sculpture forms the heart of the home.
